How to Reserve & Pay for a Class

If you haven't charged your Yoga Tree account before, and you would like to buy a pack and pay for your class using your new balance, click here for more details about how to buy our packs.

Go to our Book Online page
Select "Book Now" for a class in which you are interested
Click on the radio button "Use my money credits"
Click on the "Book Now" button and your are done

Book your class now and pay later in the studio with Cash, Credit Card, QR code (PayPay, auPay, etc.). Note that when paying in studio, all handling fees are paid by the studio.

Go to our Book Online page
Select "Book Now" for a class in which you are interested
Check the box "Book for free now and pay later" (just under "Secure your spot")
Click on the "Book Now" button and pay when you get to the studio

For online payments, note that a processing fee is charged by the processor, not the studio. Including this fee helps us keep class prices lower for everyone. No fee if you pay in-studio or by bank transfer.

Enter your credit card details, click on the "Book Now" button, and you are reserved and paid.

Using the bank details below, please transfer the necessary funds leaving your name in the remitter's field. We will mark your attendance as "paid" after confirmation of the transfer.

How to Buy a Pack &
Charge your Yoga Tree Balance

Come along to our studio early for the class, and ask the instructor for a Pack. We will charge your Yoga Tree Balance there. Note that when paying in studio, all handling fees are paid by the studio.

Once we confirm the fund transfer, we will add the pack to your Yoga Tree Balance.

Class Cancellation

Standard In-Person Class Cancellations

Full refund if you cancel up to 2 hours before class starts.
If you cancel less than 2 hours before class starts, you will be charged for the class.
If you do not cancel and do not show up for the class you will be charged for the class.
If you select ‘pay later’ but do not cancel and do not show up, you will be charged upon your next visit to the studio.

Please arrive on time, or your spot may be given to someone else.
If you are on the waitlist, we will inform you by email if a space opens up.

Please email us at hannah@yogatreestudio.jp if you have a sudden unforeseen circumstance, accident or illness and need to cancel.

Livestream Class Cancellations
